Delete your Pharmapedia Pro account
Pharmapedia Pro
Effective 24 September 2026
You can delete your account and the data held with it at any time. This page exists so you can do that without opening the app, and because Google Play asks every app that holds accounts to publish one.
In the app, in under a minute
1. Open Pharmapedia Pro.
2. Open the menu, then Delete Your Account.
3. Confirm. The account is removed straight away.
By email, if you cannot open the app
Write to saharbegum54321@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. If you signed in with a phone number, give that number instead. We remove the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. We may ask one question to confirm the request came from you; we ask for nothing else.
What is deleted
- Your account record, and the sign-in attached to it.
- Your profile: name, profession, qualifications, clinic name, registration number, address and phone number.
- Your saved items: bookmarks, recent searches and notes.
- Your Arena card, including anything you had chosen to show other doctors.
- Your display name on the leaderboard.
What remains, and why
- Scores already counted stay in the totals for a board, with no name attached to them, so that other players' positions do not change when somebody leaves.
- Records we must keep by law, such as a receipt for a payment, for as long as the law requires.
- Analytics and advertising data already gathered by Google, which is not linked to your name and expires on Google's own schedule.
- Anything stored only on your phone — your prescriptions and the patients you wrote them for never reached us in the first place, and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because the subscription belongs to your Apple or Google account rather than to us. Cancel it in the App Store or in Google Play, otherwise it renews. If you cancel a subscription but keep your account, you keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends.
Questions about any of this: saharbegum54321@gmail.com. What we collect and why is set out in our https://pharmapedia.pro/privacy-policy.
