Pharmapedia Pro

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

By accessing or using Pharmapedia Pro (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational purpose only

The Site provides educational reference material for healthcare students and professionals. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, training, or supervision, and it is not directed at patients as personal medical advice. Content on the Site does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

2. No warranty on content

We work to keep content accurate, but medical information changes and parts of the Site are marked as legacy and unreviewed. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on against up-to-date primary sources and your own hospital's policies.

3. No medical advice; emergencies

Nothing on the Site is a recommendation for a specific course of treatment for you or anyone else. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not use the Site or its contact forms for urgent clinical problems.

4. Accounts and courses

Some parts of the Site (courses, the dashboard) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Where we offer paid courses, enrolment is subject to any additional terms shown at the point of purchase, and refunds are handled as described there.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access another user's account or restricted areas; send spam, or use the contact forms to send abusive or unlawful messages; attempt to disrupt the Site or its servers; or republish substantial parts of the Site's content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Corrections and other submissions

When you submit a correction, contact message, or feedback, you grant us the right to review and act on it. We may incorporate suggested corrections into the Site. We are not obliged to publish, credit, or reply to submissions. Do not include patient data.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and original content belong to Pharmapedia Pro unless stated otherwise. Medicine names, brand names, and similar marks belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharmapedia Pro and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including clinical decisions made on the basis of Site content.

9. Advertising and third-party links

The Site may show advertising and links to third-party sites (such as the app stores and the separate pharmapedia.pk store). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content. See the Advertising Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
