Editorial Policy

Pharmapedia Pro publishes educational medical reference material for students and professionals. This policy explains where content comes from, how we signal its reliability, and how errors are handled.

Content on this site comes from different sources:

• Medicine database and articles. The medicine database and several blog posts were migrated from the earlier Pharmapedia app and are updated over time.
• Clinical news. News posts are summarised automatically by AI from official announcements by DRAP, the FDA and WHO, and each links to its original source.

We check clinical content against its sources and update it when guidelines change or errors are reported. Each calculator shows its equation, source and limitations so results can be checked.

Readers can submit corrections through the Corrections page. Submissions are reviewed by staff, and content is only changed after that check. We may not be able to reply to every correction, but each one is read.

Advertisers do not influence which content is published, how it is written, or how it is ranked. Advertising, when it runs, is clearly distinguished from editorial content. See our Advertising Policy.

Content on Pharmapedia Pro is for education and reference only. It does not constitute medical advice, and it is not directed at patients. Clinicians should follow their hospital's policies and consult up-to-date primary sources; patients should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
