Overview
Dapoxetine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). It belongs to the pharmacotherapeutic group of other urologicals. the chemical name of Dapoxetine is ((+)-(S)-N,N-dimethyl-(a)-[2(1naphthalenyloxy)ethyl]-benzenemethanamine hydrochloride). It is the first compound specifically developed for the treatment of Premature ejaculation (PE).

Side Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Dapoxetine HCl are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Dizziness, Headache, Fatigue, Nausea, Vomiting, Anxiety, Restlessness, Insomnia, Syncope, Agitation, Orthostatic hypotension, Libido, dizziness.
Warnings
avoid to use with recreational drugs, Ethanol, Orthostatic hypotension, sucidal thought,syncope, Patient with cardiovascular risk factor, potent CYP2D6 inhibitors,mania, seizure, depression, psychotic disorder, hemorrhage, severe renal impariement, eye disorder, lactose intolrance, caution will be taken in all these situations.
High Risk Groups
Drug should not be given to Paediatrics, Pregnant Mothers, and Neonates.If prescribing authority justifies the benefits of the drug against the possible damages he/she should reevaluate them and consult the reference material and previous studies.
