Rocuronium injection is used with general anesthesia medicines for rapid sequence intubation and routine tracheal intubation. Dibekacin is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention. Check with your doctor or nurse immediately if any of the following side effects occur: Rare Cough difficulty with breathing dizziness fainting fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat noisy breathing swelling at the injection site tightness in the chest Incidence not known Difficulty with swallowing hives, itching, or skin rash muscular pain, tenderness, wasting, or weakness puffiness or swelling of the eyelids or around the eyes, face, lips, or tongue unusual tiredness or weakness Other side effects not listed may also occur in some patients. If you notice any other effects, check with your healthcare professional. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.

Use with caution in patients with impaired renal function, impaired hepatic function and in aged patients, in case of Hypersensitivity to any aminoglycoside antibiotic and in patient suffering from hearing loss due to administration of any ototoxic drug.

Drug should not be given to Pregnant Mothers, and Neonates.If prescribing authority justifies the benefits of the drug against the possible damages he/she should reevaluate them and consult the reference material and previous studies.
