Do not take Xermelo if you are allergic to telotristat ethyl, Xermelo, or any inactive ingredients in the tablets. Before taking Xermelo , tell your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, including if you have: Liver disease or a history of liver problems Any drug allergies Constipation Plans to become pregnant or are pregnant. It is not known if Xermelo will affect an unborn baby. Plans to breastfeed or are breastfeeding. It is not known if Xermelo passes into breastmilk. Xermelo is not approved for use by anyone younger than 18 years old. It is also not recommended in people with moderate or severe liver impairment.

The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Digestive Enzyme, which give rise to further complications include Hyperuricemia, Hyperuricosuria. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Digestive Enzyme are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Nausea, Diarrhea, Abdominal cramps.

Digestive enzyme should be used during pregnancy or lactation only if clearly needed.

If prescribing authority justifies the benefits of the drug against the possible damages he/she should reevaluate them and consult the reference material and previous studies.

Other drugs may affect Xermelo, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Tell your doctor about other medicines you take.
