Overview
Methenolone Enanthate is a dihydrotestosterone based anabolic steroid.It is an ester derivative of methenolone.
Indications
Methenolone Enanthate is primarily indicated in conditions like Anabolic steroid, Aplastic anemia, Breast cancer, Post menopausal breast cancer (with glucocorticoid therapy).
Contraindications
Methenolone Enanthate is contraindicated in conditions like Cardiovascular disease,Pregnancy,Breast carcinoma.
Side Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Methenolone Enanthate are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Acne, Hirsutism, Hair growth, Oily skin, Baldness.
Warnings
In adult males, spermatogenesis may be inhibited, in boys there may be signs of premature puberty. Non-adult patients should be monitored for accelerated bone maturation by X-ray. Impairment of liver function is less frequent than with a 17alpha-alkylated medicines. In men, regular examinations of the prostate should be carried out prophylactically to exclude a malignant tumour.
High Risk Groups
Drug should not be given to Pregnant Mothers.If prescribing authority justifies the benefits of the drug against the possible damages he/she should reevaluate them and consult the reference material and previous studies.
