Overview
Memantine and donepezil combination is used to treat dementia (memory loss and mental changes) associated with moderate or severe Alzheimer's disease. Memantine and donepezil will not cure Alzheimer's disease, however, it may improve thinking ability, behavior, or functional ability. This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Contraindications
Niaprazine is contraindicated in conditions like Cerebral impairment.
Side Effects
Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention. Check with your doctor immediately if any of the following side effects occur: Incidence not known Bloody or black, tarry stools chest pain or discomfort decreased urination lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting pain in the lower abdomen, groin, upper back or sides seizures severe stomach pain slow or irregular heartbeat sweating trouble breathing unusual tiredness vomiting of blood or material that looks like coffee grounds Some side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. Also, your health care professional may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce some of these side effects. Check with your health care professional if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome or if you have any questions about them: Incidence not known Constipation decreased appetite diarrhea nausea vomiting Other side effects not listed may also occur in some patients. If you notice any other effects, check with your healthcare professional. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
Warnings
Patients should observed caution while driving or performing other tasks requiring alertness, because may cause drowsiness. Niaprazine should be used with caution in patients with liver impairment, dose should be reduced in patients with renal impairment. Avoid use in young children and use with caution in elderly patients. Topical preparation containing antihistamines should not be used on broken and eczematous skin.
High Risk Groups
Drug should not be given to Geriatrics. If prescribing authority justifies the benefits of the drug against the possible damages he/she should reevaluate them and consult the reference material and previous studies.

1 mg/ kg (1 (1)) 24 hourly PO —
