Overview
Piribedil is non-ergot dopamine agonist. It is given by mouth in the treatment of parkinsonism and in circulatory disorders. The mesylate salt has been given by injection for similar indications.
Indications
Piribedil is primarily indicated in conditions like Dizziness, Parkinsonism, Retinal ischemic manifestations.

The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Piribedil are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Flatulence, Drowsiness, Nausea and vomiting.
