Overview
Triclosan is a chlorinated bisphenol antiseptic, it is effective against gram positive and most gram negative bacteria. It is also active against fungi. It is an ingredient of many soaps, creams and solutions meant for the disinfection of skin and wounds.
Indications
Triclosan is primarily indicated in conditions like Acne, Infections, Skin antisepsis.
