Trimetazidine (Di HCl) is used in angina and in ischemia of neuro-sensorial tissues.
Indications
Trimetazidine (Di HCl) is primarily indicated in conditions like Prevention of hypokalemia, Prophylaxis of angina.

Side Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Trimetazidine (Di HCl) are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Dizziness, Nausea, Abdominal pain, Skin rashes, Urticaria, Asthenia, Palpitations, Extrasystoles, Orthostatic hypotension, Insomnia, Angioedema, Constipation.
