Chronic greasy scaling and erythema on scalp, Nasolabial fold, Axila.
Characteristics features
- Dry scalp and underlying erythema
- Scalp, central face, presternal, interscapular areas, umbilicus, and body folds
- Seborrheic dermatitis is an acute or chronic papulosquamous dermatitis, that often coexists with psoriasis and is associated with inflammation due to Malassezia species.
Treatment
- Miconazole cream 2% (Macnaz cream or Conaz shampoo)
- Streiproxal shampoo- wash hairs twice a day
- Topical provate G cream or provate lotion BD for 3 weeks
