Features
- Dark brown mass in ear canal.
- Earache and decreased hearing due to blockage of ear.
Management
- Waxaid (Soda glycrine) ear drops 5 drops five times daily for 3-5 days.
- Tab- Brufen /Inflamatax (Ibuprofen / Flurbiprofen) 400mg PO x SOS (for pain)
- Later cleaning of ear with suction & clearance.
