- Oxygen inhalation
- Secure Air-way- ABC
- Raise feet of patient
- Inj Adrenalin 1mg/ml IV stat and repeat after 10 minutes
- Inj Hydrocortisone 200mg IV stat
- Ventolin nebulization
- Inj Aminophylline 250mg slowly over 20 mints
- Inf N/S 500cc IV
- Inj Pheniramine (Avil) IV Stat
