  • Admit the patient
  • Oxygen inhalation, propped up position
  • Inj Furosemide (Lasix) 40mg IV stat
  • Tab Spironolactone (Spiromide) 20mg 1x OD- PO
  • Tab Carvedilol (Carveda) 2.5mg 1x OD-PO
  • Tab Ramipril (Ramipace) 1.25mg 1x OD PO
  • Tab L-ornithine L-aspartate (Losanta) 50mg 1x OD PO
  • If Ejection Fraction below 25%, then Tab Lenoxin (Digoxin) 0.25mg 1xOD PO
