Cardiac Failure
- Admit the patient
- Oxygen inhalation, propped up position
- Inj Furosemide (Lasix) 40mg IV stat
- Tab Spironolactone (Spiromide) 20mg 1x OD- PO
- Tab Carvedilol (Carveda) 2.5mg 1x OD-PO
- Tab Ramipril (Ramipace) 1.25mg 1x OD PO
- Tab L-ornithine L-aspartate (Losanta) 50mg 1x OD PO
- If Ejection Fraction below 25%, then Tab Lenoxin (Digoxin) 0.25mg 1xOD PO
