Pharmacological
Chronic pruritic dermatitis, Face, Neck and Felxure
General:
- Soft non irritating clothes
- Emollients use
- Avoid egg
- Avoid irritating soap
- Exclusive breast feeding
Pharmacological:
- Tab Chlorpheniramine 4mg 1tab for 3 days
- Clobetasone butyrate cream 0.05% topically for 2 weeks
