Fever with no chills, continuous for more than a weak not responding to antipyretics, White coated tongue and Rose spot chest

Management

  • Tab Ciprofloxacin (Ciproxin) 500mg 1xBD for 7days
  • In resistant typhoid, Cap Cefixime (Caricef) 400mg, 1xOD for 10 days, Tab Azithromycin (Azomax) 500mg 1xOD for 10days and Cap Theragan M 1xOD for 30days
  • H.pylori eradication : Tripe regimen, Tab Amoxicillin (Amoxil) 1gm 1xBD , Tab Clarithromycin (Claritek) 500mg 1xBD and Cap Omeprazole (Risek) 40 mg 1xOD.
