- Admit the patient
- Reassurance
- Monitoring of vitals
- Anti-snake venom infusion 4amp in 500ml pladex, observe patient for ADRs
- Infusion R/L IV BD
- Inj Ceftriaxone (Oxidil) -IV-BD
- If swelling, Tab Serratiopeptidase (Denzen) DS 1xOD
- For pain Tab Paracetamol+ Orphenadrine citrate (Nuberol forte)
- Inj Ranitidine (Zantac) IV BD
- Investigation must be done (PT, BT, RFTs, LFTs).
- Inj Vit-k IV OD For 3 days
