Urticaria
Causes
Lesion starts within minutes, Severe itching, Insect bite may be there.
- Tab Chlorpheniramine 4mg, Brands (Piriton), 1tab stat, then repeat 1tab every 12 hours till urticaria
- If breathlessness develops then;
- Inj Adrenaline 1ml of 1:1000
- Inj Hydrocortisone 100mg IV
- Tab Loratadine (Softin) 10mg, 1x at night
