For Acute attack:
- Tab Paracetamol (Panadol) SOS
- Tab Emigrain
- Inj Tramadol (Tramal) IV Stat or Inj Ketorolac (Toradol) IV stat
For Chronic condition:
- Tab Sumatriptan 50mg 1xOD
- Tab Almotriptan (Almogran) 12.5mg 1xOD
- Tab Propranolol (Inderol)40mg ½ Tab x BD
- Tab Divalproex sodium (Epival) %00mg 1xOD
