- If Hypertension then antihypertensive medication
- Pinch Nose-10 minutes
- Nasal Douching-with cold water
- If still bleeding, pack nose with cotton soaked in liquid paraffin for 10minutes
- Home Tx:
- Xynosine Nasal spray
- Liquid paraffin 2x TDS
- Tab Amoxicillin + Clavulanic acid (Augmentin) 625mg 1x TDS
