Non-pharmacological therapy:
- Valsalva maneuver
- Carotid sinus massage
- Digital Ocular Globe pressure
- Breath holding
- Hyperventilation
- Mental distractionPharmacological therapy:
- Inj Chlorpromazine (Largactil) 25m IM Stat, then Tab Largatil 25mg PO x TDS
- Inj Metoclopramide (Metomide) 10mg IV Stat or Tab Metomide 10mg 1x TDS PO
- Baclofen (Baclin)10mg 1x TDS
- Inj Xylocaine 1amp in glass of milk and drink
