Before CT Scan management
- NPO the patient
- Oxygen inhalation
- Pas N/G catheter
- Inf R/lactate 1L IV BD
- Inj Omeprazole (Risek) 40mg in 100ml pladex
- Inj Cyanocobalamin-Thiamine-HCL-Pyridoxine (Neurobion) IV OD
- If hypotensive inf R/L 500ml IV stat
- Physiotherapy, side changes 2 hourly
- If diabetic, give Glucerna sachet 4 hourly in NG tube 2 TSF_ hourly
- If Non-diabetic then Ensure sachet-4hourly inn NGAfter CT scan: Diagnosis of either hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke
