- Salt, water restriction
- Bed rest
- Water intake less than 1L/day
- Tab Spironolactone (Aldactan) 100mg 1x OD
- Inj Furosemide (Lasix) 40mg IV BD
- Inf Moxifloxacin (Mofest) 400mg IV OD
- Inj Omeprazole (Risek) 40mg IV OD
- If still not recovered then
- Therapeutic tap with regular monitoring of BP
- Inf haemacil for fluid replacement of therapeutic tap
- Aminoloban for albumen replacement
- Definitive treatment- Liver transplant
